Orders are only accepted for delivery to Australian addresses.
Order under 3Kg are dispatched by Courier in an overnight Express Bag. The overnight service applies to the Courier's overnight delivery region. All deliveries outside that region may take extra days for delivery depending on the location and remoteness of your delivery address.
Orders over 3Kg are sent by Courier by road.
Orders placed by 2pm Queensland time are dispatched same day.
Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day.
A guide for delivery times are as follows:

• Within Queensland... 1 - 4 days
• To capital cities outside Queensland ... 1 - 3 days
• To country areas outside Queensland.... 2 - 5 days
